News Roundup: Driver’s Licenses to Avoid Identity Theft

Newly married same-sex couples can now take advantage of tax benefits in all 50 states, three states have introduced state EITCs, and some tax filers are being asked for their driver’s license numbers to avoid identity theft.

  • For the 11th time, KeyBank held its annual Super Refund Saturday and helped residents claim over $2 million in tax refunds, with 44 percent coming from the EITC.
